Vitamin B: The 1, 2, 3’s

We all know that Vitamin B is an essential vitamin that our bodies need to survive. But, there are so many types, it is difficult to keep track of which “B” supports particular functions. Below is a list of the different types of Vitamin B, known collectively as Vitamin B Complex: B 1: also known
