Dr. Asad Sawar

Biography:

Dr. Sawar joined Tampa Cardiovascular Associates in 2009 and is currently a managing partner of the practice.Following a residency in Cardiology at the University of South Florida, Dr. Sawar completed a Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at Yale University.

Dr. Victor Feliz

Biography:

Dr. Victor Feliz was born in the Dominican Republic and grew up in Puerto Rico. He attended medical school at Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in Manhattan, New York.

Dr. Hadi Mahmaljy

Biography:

Dr. Mahmaljy joined Tampa Cardiovascular Associates in 2022. He completed internal medicine training at the Southern University of Illinois in Springfield Illinois and a cardiovascular fellowship at Geisinger Commonwealth in Danville, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Lazaro Diaz

Biography:

Dr. Diaz has joined our team here at Tampa Cardio. He is a well-respected Interventional Cardiologist. We will be updating his profile and bio as well as a recent picture soon, so please check back. In the mean time he is available and seeing patients in our office.

Dr. Vasco Marques

Biography:

Dr. Marques is a founding member of Tampa Cardiovascular Associates and continues to remain active participating in company matters though he has recently retired from practice and is not currently seeing patients.
